Training wise, I'm just trying to hit some lifting PRs and have fun. CF has consumed most of my time. It gets me paid and helps my athletes out when I train with them. Plus its legitimately fun.

---Really fun workout. Experimenting with formats for the next competition. We split the handstands evenly so, 64 a piece. Dom got fired up and took more ofthe middle two rounds of cleans, but then ran out of catch in the last round and I took 3 of the 4 255's I think. My doubles were on point too. 30-40 each round. Definitely the highest percentage of 1rm I've done in a met con.
