"I silently suffer from an invisible illness and you need to care more!"

Yes, welcome to your special circle of hell.

....or, not so silently.

Within the past couple of years I've witnessed a few of my lady friends who have come down with "terrible illness that people need to be more aware of."

The two most prominent disorders being Chiari and Ehler Danlos Syndrome ...

Fibromyalgia is the one I hear about all the time and it seems like a catch-all diagnosis.

I think a year ago, I posted in a handful of the many topics he posted. It wouldn't matter how spaced out my replies were. I could post in one of his topics and then post in another 2 months later. It wouldn't matter, he will automatically go

"You're always posting in my threads! Leave me alone! Waahhhh! Look at my pretty pictures"

The dude is as fragile as can be

If you know it bothers him why do you keep doing it?

I don't feel like changing my posting habits just because a grown man throws tantrums. I throw small jabs and make jokes about whatever. He's one of the few who flies off the handle like a baby.

I didn't throw a hissy fit when he started flaming me above. Grow up.

I had a pulmonary embolism a few weeks ago.

Me and a couple of buddies were taking the pool cover off my parents pool and I suddenly became very short of breath.

My friends response to this was to call me a fat homosexual but it turned out I was dying.

Bill Burr has a bit about this

I have had what you describe for the last 10 years but doctors cant figure out what causes it. I have a lot more symptoms then just pain, though chronic pain is one of the main symptoms. After 6 doctor visits, countless tests and 2 neurologists I just gave up.

Other symptoms include

Travelling pain
Nerve pain
Blurry vision
Floaters
Tremors
Weakness
Heart Palpitations
My left leg sometimes gives out randomly
Muscle tightening
Red lights have a blue glow around them
Symtoms may disappear or come at any time (may disappear for years then return)
Etc etc etc

After researching forever my conclusion was either lyme disease or a parasite. I knew more about my possible condition than any doctor i talked to. Lost faith in doctors.

Now I just live with it everyday and rarely talk about it. Nobody in real life knows I deal with this because I just stopped mentioning it
My wife has Lyme disease. We found a specialist that has helped tremendously.
