Some of the best material produced by the UFC IMO. I love the training footage, the interviews and the documentary-like style both these shows have. Much better that the loud trashy metal vibe of some of their other shows.

I used to watch most of them. Not so much anymore.

Primetime was way better and gave a more in-depth look at camps and their stories. Countdown is like 80% Joe rogan hyping it up/ Slow motion highlights and 20% actual camp and fighter interviews.
