I go to a viet lady for haircuts too. She does awesome fades.

Going to one person all the time is much better than going to the various fantastic sams and such. More consistent quality.

I usually tip like $5.

She's Vietnamese, her English is mostly awful, she constantly tries to convert me to Buddhism, but on the bright side I never have to describe how I want my haircut, she just does it and it happens to turn out right each time. It's convenient.

Anyway, she's been saving for the past 2 years to go back to Vietnam to visit her parents.

So in a spur of the moment I tipped her $80 and told her I hope she has a great time.

After all in the grand scheme of all the money one will waste, lose or get fucked out of in a lifetime, what's $80?

In Vietnam that $80 is $18 Million.
