I have never seen a website as messed up

As these forums. I don't know what happened and I know its been discussed before but wow, does anyone know how to fix this shit? I'm running Adblock which helps none.

Youtube videos will not ever play. I have to open them in another tab.
The pages just continuously reload/never fully load. I have to close at of sherdog tabs because it drains resources.
Makes me log in even if I just logged in 3 minutes ago.

I'm sure theres more I'm forgetting.

If you become a plat, it fixes just about everything.

But without plat membership, I used to run NoScript and would block everything but sherdog.com and a few other essential scripts, and that helped a ton.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. Adblockers didn't work. I ran a virus and malware scan in Windows and found nothing. Then I ran a boot time virus scan before Windows loads. It found about 20 corrupted files. When Windows rebooted, and after I logged in here, the ads went away again. Probably some malware buried deep in your computer.

I use the adblock browser on mobile and the pop ups went away. The browser is slow as shit though and i cant post smilies with it

I've seen posts on these problems but never had any of them. I'm using a laptop with Firefox browser which doesn't allow Adobe Flash to run. I have uBlock Origin and Autoplay toggle add ons.

Truth. And the real reason they switched from the old boards to this crap imo. This site is much easier for them to plug their bs adverts into. I still maintain that this should not be allowed on the forums and kept to the news part of the site, but of course the 'owners' don't care. The forums are what made Sherdog, and the people who bought Sherwood out seem to give no fucks.


There are some Admins/Mods that do care tho and they're doing what they can.
