I don't like Yancy in the Platinum Mike Perry fight

Don't go thinking that Perry is anywhere near the level of striker that Cerrone is, Perry just has power. Yeah there's the chance Perry might land a big bomb but can't see it happening. Yancy is going to dance around the ring & give the very limited Perry a striking lesson.

I live 5 minutes away from the gym he trained at (UFC gym in Winter Springs) but I don't know if trains there now.

He’s at Fusion X-cel, a lot of pros in the the area cross train there and vice versa.

Sure but I'm not sure Yancy is capable of giving mike the kind of fight that's given him problems. I've only ever seen his last two fights so I could be wrong but he completely brawled in both of them and got knocked down like 6 times.
