I am urgently in need of advice

If it’s two minute rounds you’re fighting, I would do 3 minute rounds of hurricane style training. Where you do a minute at each station and rest a minute when you’ve done all the stations, and repeat that 5 times. If your legs suck, you could do a minute straight of goblet squats or air squats to help build their endurance, and do a couple upper body movements in the following rounds.
