I've only been out for a little over a year, less on Sherdog. This is a 14 year old Sherdog account.

But yes, I am a ninja.

Or the crossdressing samurai in every other anime.
 
Why is it always Male to Female or sex change surgeries and not the other way ever? And if you're a former male are you wanting to sex up men or women after your surgery?

Do you realize that even if they give you a vagina and tits you still won't look like a real female? I mean maybe they can do something about your Adam's Apple and laser remove your facial hair. But you'll still have the shoulders and hands of a man.

I respect this honest and frank opinion.

I think the depression following transition, which is a longer, if neverending process than one would think, is a topic in and of itself. As you pointed out, despite transition, one is never a complete male or female and along cones with that a final resignation with an incomplete state. If you're not prepared to deal with that, then that can be an overwhelming challenge, one which some of whom aren't equiped to handle.

Deep and supportive social ties amongst those who are healthy as opposed to those who are not would be my initial guess.

I have very small hands and don't have an Adam's apple. I pass pretty well.

This had me thinking if there female to male trans that can get some more masculin look like a beard and mustache.

Maybe me a feminine man can get mode male hormones so I can get ticker skin and dont get cut easily, get a much thicker beard and maybe my dick could get harder!

You can always blame the weak beard on your 1/16 Cherokee heritage and the thin skin on actually giving a shit. Works for me. ;)

I know 3 transgender people who were assigned female at birth. Although I believe they all identify as non-binary.
