What makes a society inferior to another is a little more complicated than just the people being inherently inferior. If you put people into a better system they will integrate in the majority of cases.

Having said that, I see nothing wrong with putting more stringent controls in place for immigration from problem areas, you might even consider not excluding all the worst offenders. But what Trump is doing is just a bunch of populist dog shit . He's also been far too flippant with your constitution, which is going to ensure that he comes out of this looking like an incompetent imbecile.
