This URL thread sucks and so does the poll. Just goes to show you that the people watching have a short memory or are just too young to appreciate what the Griffin/Bonnar fight really represented.

Half of the other fights within the top 10 are good fights, some long overdue at the time they happened, but none of them come close to the Griffin/Bonnar fight in terms of impact. The implications surrounding the fight as well as how the fight unfolded places it much higher. If it wasn't for that fight I doubt there would be as many MMA fans as there are today.
