A non-green Sean Sherk might make top 5?
ATM? Turrible, the dudes hips are shot.
He would not pass USADA
One dimensional wrestler. Couldn’t take down guys like Khabib, Ferg, Edward, or Lee. His boxing was serviceable, but that reach was Artem level.
Yeah, that boxing wouldn't be too good, he never really had great foot work.
How would Sean Shrek do
Ahh Sean Sherk, the UFC's first T-Rex...
I think he'd do alright but he would definitely have to be at 145 IMO. He wouldn't do too good at 155.
I don't think he would fight at LW, since there are smaller classes now, but I still don't think he would fair too well.
Kept his hands up, threw decent combos. He really used it to punch his way in and shoot takedowns.
Wrestling was good enough for today’s standards. He’s too small for 155 now though, let alone 170
He’d be the type to cut to 145 and get destroyed
Sean "The Hero of Time" Sherk?
Sherk went 36-4 losing only to some the best fighters of all time, GSP, Hughes, Penn, and Edgar. Outside of the very best fighters, Sherk beats almost everyone.
I think this is the million dollar question that everyone asks.
And that definitely worked but I think it wouldn't be enough nowadays. I would have loved to seen a prime Sherk vs RDA.
He would be on Mendes level, maybe a bit worse.
I think Sean Sherk would be in time-out with Chad Mendes
He would probably move to FW. He wasn't cutting a lot of weight at LW, and that was the lowest weight class at the time.
Sean Sherk is love ..... Sean Sherk is life , now bend down.
