How to improve muscular endurance for BJJ?

endurance for bjj, do lots of bjj without resting, same principle as running. Dont over think this.
 
when you are rolling dont use energy all the time just use it when you have to and you will find you will not gas very quickly
 
For conditioning do consecutive rounds 2-3 times a week. Never stop, just pick lighter/inexperienced partners when you get tired.

The other days work to improve technically. Here you take your time and do quality work against your best training partners. Take a break when you need to so that you are sharp in every round.

Other than this work on your strenght with squats deadlifts and pullups.
