Without defrauding the Drs by taking loads of steroids to get low t when you come off?

I wouldn't mind having a slight increase but I definitely don't want to f my system up and have to rely on this crap for life, I also don't want to mess with my health

Its not for muscle or fat loss I get anxiety and it kills my Bonners sometimes esp when I need it the most like under pressure, but I guess fat loss and Xanax would be a smarter option?

I don't want the Viagra red face showing every1 my penis has failed
 
Lost Empire Herbs sells an herbal powder called Tongkat Ali that is supposed to be good at helping men who can't keep boners and have trouble with sexual performance.

Also, progesterone cream and pregnenolone cream/pills have given some people good results with increasing testosterone naturally.

Intermittent fasting, drink black coffee (add low calorie cream but stay under 50 cals if you want to remain in a fasting state) while fasting, then lift heavy while fasting. Then eat fats / protein with no carbs until an hour after your workout. GH levels will go through the roof as long as you dont spike your insulin since its an antagonist to GH

Try it for 1 day and see if you dont feel stronger that same day! Works for me personally

I do at least 16 hours though..
 
Oh and try DHEA at low doses .. 5 mg day time and 5mg later on (stay under 15 I hear). This will avoid all the negatives and avoid the conversion to estrogen

Spring for the $50 to get some basic bloodwork done to see what's actually wrong. It's unlikely that a 10% test boost is going to help the problems that you are describing.

Sprints instead of jogging
Take natural sleep aids and get 8 hours of rest

Dhea
Fapping till right before finishing but don't finish - 10X daily

Tribulus and tongkat ali are garbage ive gotten blood work done after using heavy amounts for months

Try each individually and keep a log of what works for you and what doesn't, then use what works. Everyone has a different reaction to each compound, exercise, or method. There is no cookie cutter routine unless you want to dabble in A.I's or Sarms
