Videos in general should be posted in the Pictures & Multimedia forum.

If you are referring to fight highlight vids then you can usually post them in the appropriate fight forum.

Joke videos, vids of fighters doing stuff other than fighting, vids of ring girls doing whatever, fighters appearing at events or on TV shows/movies, etc., should be posted in the P&M forum because that's probably where they'll end up.
