    To be fair, Ricco is half Peurto Rican so he was the first "half Mexican-American" champ. Why people get so hung up on this shit is beyond me, though

    Cain is not Mexican and not Mexican American he is just a US Resident or in layman's terms American. He is from (i.e., born in) California and NEVER a resident of Mexico.

    Cain's Spanish, Lulz. I swear, it sounds like he picked it up taking a couple Spanish courses in college and listened to Rosetta Stone, it's horrible. Werdum's Spanish is 10x better, and he is from Brasil(granted he did live in Spain for quite a bit but still).

    Why can you people still not tell the difference between race, ethnicity, and nationality?

    Stipe's race is Caucasian.
    Stipe's ethnicity is Croatian.
    Stipe's nationality is American.
    This makes Stipe a Croatian American.

    Cain's race is Latino/Hispanic
    Cain's ethnicity is Mexican
    Cain's nationality is American
    This makes Cain a Mexican American

    The only Americans are Native Americans. Everyone else here came from people who immigrated to America from some other country. Where you're born does not determine what you are, it determines your nationality. Those are two completely different things and you know it.

    If Jon Jones' mom moved to Japan, then gave birth to Jon in Japan and they lived there ever since, Jon Jones would be just as Japanese as Stipe is American. Would you call Jon Japanese? No, you know you wouldn't. Stfu with this idiotic, PC garbage already.
