How shady is a “15 month” suspension?

I just don't understand how he's getting a time reduction for accidentally ingesting the roids, yet he's also getting a time reduction for cooperating/snitching. How can those both be the case?
IMO, it's because they're fucking lying and neither of those things are true.

We'll know in a few months, either heads roll or the 30 month ban is reinstated.

If neither of those things happen then it's shady.

They asked him to work with them in the battle against PEDs for a reduction and he said yes. Nothing shady about it.

In organized crime and narcotics cases where guys turn states evidence, they are always inside players who have detailed knowledge of the operations at hand. This makes me think Jones wasn’t just a casual juicer but involved in a sophisticated doping scheme.

It's very sad. USADA is a joke. He shouldn't be back for another 2 and 1/2 years. It makes a mockery of this whole "clean sport" bs. If they're going to let juicers fight, so be it, but let's call a spade a spade and not pretend like anybody is really trying to clean up mma. They're only trying to clean it up if you don't have drawing power.
An independent arbitrator determined he didn’t intentionally take peds. I know it doesn’t fit the narrative that he’s been “juiced to the gills his whole career” for many.

That's a stupid argument. Ben Johnson got away with it? Lance Armstrong got away with it? The Court of Arbitration for Sport would never hand out 15 months to a repeat offender. FIFA and IOC are far more powerful than the UFC and WME, and the court has repeatedly told them to go f themselves. You don't like it, bitches? Go f yourselves some more then. That's independence.

As if there ever was any doubt that Dana and the UFC are the exact same thing as the Yakuza and Pride. Everything they do is bought and paid for.
If they were the same jones wouldn’t have failed a test or done any time. Again everyone is simply concluding the arbitrator was paid off simply because they don’t like his conclusion.

or he's just giving them insight of how shit works at the top level

ya know

You don't have to take steroids to understand that sports on top level is dirty. Especially if you're in the industry.

And that's worth an 18 month reduction? If he's not involved then they could equally ask any clean athlete for info.

And he knows more about it than USADA despite not being involved? You can't possibly believe that?

What’s also interesting is the snitching that supposedly got him 30 months off the supposed punishment. How did that go down?

”Our client, Mr. Jones, has something juicy for you guys if you let him off with a slap on the wrist. We promise you, it’s gonna be gud!”

-”Oh... Let’s get to the bottom of this then.”

Lolololol. Jones is from Endicott. He wouldn’t know what the fuck to do in a real street situation.

How do you know they haven't asked anybody else and they declined to cooperate?

I never said he knew more about the subject than USADA. That however doesn't mean that he can't provide them with necessary information. He's a top fighter. Of course he knows shit.

I can't remember which commission it was but they asked Lord Chael for the same thing when he popped. Might have been California.

UFC is a private company and USADA is on its payroll. They can actually tell USADA to go away if it is starts hurting the business side

Has USADA ever levied a sentence that was not in 6 month increments?

so you watched chael's video and went with his opinion rather than actually thinking about it.

its really very simple.

USADA went into the arbitration heading requesting a suspension of 18 months (so 48 months less the 30 months for co-operating)

So USADA were asking for something that IS in a 6 month increment.

It was the arbitrators knocked 3 months off, NOT usada

ps. there are shit loads of examples of USADA giving 9 months which is not divisible by 6 either

pps. I jones fighting at 230? cos if not your theory goes to shit

supposed outlaws and anarchists live by codes. they are slaves too. like bikers. pack mentality and rules. not snitching is just another institutional rule. groupthink. you arent out for anybody but yourself. not your fuckin gang or brothers in arms.

Lol you think USADA doesn’t know how it works? That’s like saying the DEA doesn’t know how drugs are being sold. They just need people to give evidence and testify.

TS and Jones Haters right now
