How often do you guys get burnt out?

I fell in love with volume training back in 2013. I never looked back.

I still do hard sessions now and then. But 80-90 % of my training is volume training at medium speed, power, and intensity.

It was the thais in chai yai gym in chiang mai Thailand that opened my eyes.

That's interesting and I think I know what you mean. But can you describe what you'd consider volume training as opposed to normal training done in the West?

Do you just mean longer training sessions but at medium power and intensity as opposed to shorter, harder session where you'd go full in?

Also what made you want to adapt to that type of training after coming across it in Thailand? Do you find it overall more productive?
