"apparently catching up on sleep " is a myth
So what happens if you're exhausted from the weekday and then sleep 12 hours a day on weekends?

Occasionally I will get a golden 6-7 hour run, but agreed. I usually have to be in bed 8-9 hours to get any decent amount of actual sleep in.7-9 is optimum
people saying less are lying or deluded
idk the science behind it. but this guy says that doesn't work and you need to regulate your sleep pattern for a while before you get the actual rest neededSo what happens if you're exhausted from the weekday and then sleep 12 hours a day on weekends?
I get 5 on weekdays 7-8 on weekends. It works fine for me, Tiger Woods gets 5 every night and has since childhood and he did ok for himself.
