None, the UFC already gives USADA money since the UFC are the ones who hired them. So in turn, there is a slight conflict of interest going on there.

It's probably paid in more Usada Agent Day Trips (plus expenses) to test clean (or at the very least, good to cheating) fighters.

I don't think a lump sum would have been exchanged.

Testers probably get to "test" the UFC ring girls.

It sounds like the ufc’s Contract with usada allows them to hire an arbitrator who can come up with an arbitrary suspension ...the big bucks go to the arbitrator on a case by case basis and usada gets a steady paycheck to be hush hush about the “third party” arbitrator

What was abnormal about the way the Canelo Alvarez situation was handled? The NSAC clearly fails to live up the stated mission of an athletic commission (they're much more committed to generating money than protecting the safety of the participants), but how did their decision with Alvarez significantly differ from how any anti-doping organization would deal with a positive clenbuterol test at the levels which Canelo tested positive at (knowing that Canelo was in a country which is infamous for having its meat contaminated with clenbterol, and understanding what kind of substance clenbuterol is)? Do you have any examples of instances where someone in Canelo's situation was given signifiacntly harsher treatment (there are many instances where athletes in near identical situations weren't even punished, but I'd be interested to see if you can find anything to the contrary).

How much money would be required to be paid in order for a non-profit organization which is WADA recognized, played an instrumental role in exposing BALCO (which significantly hindered the reputation of a much more powerful organization than the UFC) and the Lance Armstrong brand, and is also in charge of testing the entire pool of US Olympic athletes (and is therefore directly tied to the entire reputation of the US Olympic program), to risk its entire reputation? Corruption is certainly a possibility, but it's hardly obvious, especially considering USADA's history and the fact that Jones has allegedly turned informant (which would be consistent with large-scaled investigations into doping that USADA has pursued in the past).

holy shit people, USADA DID NOT give him 15 months...let me explain how this works.

USADA is responsible for the drug testing. In the event of a positive test, they notify the athlete, who then can have the B sample tested. If the B sample is also positive, USADA will adjudicate and offer up punishment. The athlete can accept this, or in Jon Jones' case, they can deny it and have a hearing with an independent arbitrator. These arbitrators ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH USADA, and as part of the UFC & USADA's agreement, the decision of the arbitrator is final.

    Don't believe me? https://ufc.usada.org/testing/results/adjudication-process/

Stop accusing a legit organization of corruption...If you favorite athlete didn't appeal for arbitration, that is their fault for not using all the outlets available to them.
