I am not sure if I eat too much. I don't have much fat, but, when I eat too much grains and pasta, I start to have a gut.

And I am curious to know how much do you eat in a day
    For example, something like:
    - breakfast: 4 eggs, 2 slices of bacon
    - meal 2: this and that
    - dinner: this and that

Kale, chia seeds, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 15 grams whey protein, 15 grams hemp protein, 1/2 cup blueberries, unflavored almond milk. Blender. Drink. Veggies and meat the rest of the day.

Breakfast varies, but I try to get a high fat and protein source to keep me full until lunch.

    Lunch is usually well balanced.

    I usually only eat twice.

You can't get fat by just eating pasta and grains, to get fat via de novo lipogenesis (turning carbs into fat in your liver) you need to eat astronomical amount of carbs, what makes you fat is the fat you eat along with the carbs, fat is automaticly stored as fat when not oxidized, and since the body will prefer to burn carbs all that fat you are getting along with the carbs is going to your visceral fat. What are you experiencing is most likely water weight because water molecules bind to glycogen, that's the ''bloated'' feeling you get after a carb heavy meal.
