How many energy drinks or cups of coffee do you drink per day on average?

I had to stop drinking them when I hit 30, they started to mess me up, I got all twitchy.

Damn. I'll be 43 this year and don't feel anything negative with them.....but who knows...maybe my internals are completely fkd.

Hey guys, a few months ago I stopped drinking alcohol and started drinking coffee and energy drinks a lot. My friends and family say I drink way too much caffiene now. I down about 2 thermoses of coffee in the morning and 4-6 energy drinks throughout the day.

How much coffee/energy drinks do you guys have in a normal day?

I drink one 10oz cup of coffee. But I make my coffee crazy strong. Like when I pour it out of the coffee maker it looks like tar...
