How many days are you working out? What is routine

I really need to get into the gym. I'm not remotely overweight or fat (mainly because I eat quite well), but I'm just not happy with my body, problem is I don't have the motivation to do it.

Right now 5 days but 2 are light as I'm rehabbing a fractured ankle.

Mon: curls
Tues: curls
Wed: curls
Thur: curls
Fri: curls
Sat: curls
Sun: curls

I run or do sprints 3x a week. 1-2 hours of boxing 2-3 days a week. This is a big slow down from last year for me

All day, every day, son.

But why is this information important to you? Are you my side piece?

-weights 4 times a week
-kickboxing 4 times a week
-cardio (walking, swimming, surfing or cycling) 6 times a week

MMA 3-4x a week, weights 4day split, run 3x a week. 2200 cal diet, no high fructose corn syrup, no sugar, no juice or pops, a lot of water (reverse OSMOSIS), protein shakes (whey Isolate; usually New Zealand brand), 8 hour sleep. I don't use GEAR/PEDs/ROIDS, no pre workout or stimulants outside caffeine/black coffee.

4-5 day a week. I mostly do cardio and plyometrics when i'm not training MMA.

6 days a week:
my workouts consist of 2 core exercises that I do every time, then for the rest of the workout I switch it up and try various movements isolating that muscle group

m) Legs. [core exercises: squats & Lunges]
t)shoulders. [Core exercises: dumbbell press & Military press]
w)back. [core exercises: deadlift and lateral row w/ dumbell]
Th)chest. [core exercises: barbell bench press and dumbbell bench press
F) legs again. [core exercises: squats again but lighter weight for more reps and leg press]
S)Arms. [core exercises: dips, close grip bench, preacher curls, and isolation curls]
Sun) rest. [core exercises: fap]

Work out 5 days a week and I alternate between chest and arm days. The other two days are days off to hit the club.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday strength training, Tuesday, Thursday Saturday and Sunday trail running.

I stretch most nights and do mobility work before bed / first thing.

I'm almost never motivated to work out, but I do it anyway because of discipline. Just force yourself to get it done.
