How Long Does Klit Have to Force Rematch or Not

Its been almost 2 MONTHS since he got paid all that money for fighting AJ amd he still hasnt decided on if he needs more money amd will take the rematch or if he made enough off the first fight retire. How long does he have before AJ is released from the rematch clause and can pick his next oppinent. Does he have only 60 days or longer and can hold AJ hostage under and make him buy his way out of it.
