He still doesn't strike me as an amazing power puncher, he does not have that vicious snap of Hearns for example. I think hes just good at landing and maximizing what he has.

Can't argue with the results, foreman doesn't have a lot of snap to his punches, is he not a big puncher either? Anyway hearns is much lighter so of course he's gonna be faster and have more snap to his punches
 
Foreman was built like a truck. Wilder appears to be a great puncher simply because most of his record is bums, much like many other B level fighters of the past with padded records. Lou Savarese was 36-0 with 31 stoppages, even Peter Mcneeley was a KO machine back in the day. Boxing is littered with this kind of thing. I would not class him as a great puncher, heck he can't even punch properly.
