I've only ever seen the clips he shows on social media but its legit. You have to be of a certain level to benefit from it though, its not going to teach you how to strike.

Back when it first came out I had it. I thought it was more beneficial for me as an instructor than as a fighter. He breaks things down well but it really didn't get into any kind of andvanced sets ups or tactics imo. Not sure what it's like now, but tbh you're better investing money in a striking coach who can work with you directly. BJJ is a little easier to learn stuff online, striking Imo not really
