Hi all
been reading a lot of joel's stuff from End Zone Athletics and noticed he's mentioned parasympathetic tone in a few of his articles.
Parasympathetic nervous system is also known as rest and digest response so i'm assuming it's the ability to get your heart rate back down.
How do you train that quality??
