How Do the Pros Train Conditioning?

not sure about MMA but I remember joel talking about how utter crap most pro's S&C camps are and a lot of the times, most athlete's are just genetic freaks + PED's

with boxing and MT, rarely do they know the science behind what they do but the liss, the interval work on bags, pads, clinching (for MT) sparring, plus tapering week is usually standard across.
 
Running in the pool is probably a better idea.
