How do real fight fans rate ufc as of late?

Last two cards have had great fights.

Not even close to "As Real as it Gets" anymore. Money fighting circus taking precedent over the best fighters fighting the best fighters. Kind of a bummer.

I'll still tune in though.

In terms of title fights/defenses it's not been a great year but there have been some really good cards/fights from the ones where I had no expectations. UFC Fight Night: Nelson vs. Ponzinibbio for example, I had low expectations but there were a load of fun fights. It's not the card like that, just the first one I can think of.

All in all it has been disappointing but I had fun watching UFC 214 and the last two fight nights and UFC 217 looks pretty good too.

Mexicans are the only reason that boxing is still relevant! And occasional circus show like Mayweather versus McGregor is it going to keep boxing alive.they love getting behind their people, they even watch their Mexican soccer leagues! With players running around in slow motion and such!

The Mexican national team is OK in my book. Not exceptional, but they used to be OK.
