Reports about bad ads should include the following:

1. Location/Country
2. Device
3. Browser
4. Company/product of ad.
5. A screen shot if possible,
6. Brief description of how the ad is a problem.
7. Page/Pages affected
8. Date and Time of occurrence.

    These things take time. Getting the belts added took 2 hours to convert all the files and get them uploaded on the control panel.

    There's a difference between adding that and answering a question that's in the FAQ section.

    The belts were already there before. Wouldn't have been a problem if more people understood the meaning of "Don't fix it if it ain't broke".

    I've already said many times here in Support that this is not the finalized version of this theme. Unfortunately, I have zero control over the ads so one of the Tech Admins will have to resolve the white page issue after a post.

    Yes, it's a drawback that we have to rebuild everything from scratch, but this version is compatible with more add-ons that are released with Xenforo periodically, so it was indeed necessary.

    Sorry Sansnom, but don't know what you're talking about. Some common sense will show you that answering a question that's in the FAQ is easier than fixing a design issue with the site.
