You can't see them but there is a Motorhead and Darkthrone flag, too.
From the amount of weight on show, they aren't working.
How deep is the squat rack in a snow drift?
Cool story bro... I'm sure your ohp is 300 plus and you're sub 5% bf year round'
Stop trying so hard. Kinda ghey
Hah I was out 7am clearing mine and both my neighbours drives but it was about 2ft.
Very uncommon. A few ive heard used clen(?) And like 2 guys on other stuff but thats it. They like to be shirtless on any given situation.
300 ohp would be legit as fuck. I got up to 255 before I tore my shoulder. 45 pounds is long way to go though.
My p.r.'s are 315 Front squat for 6, 500 trap bar dead, 315 bench, 225 x 3 seated military 135 Kroc row x 20. Old numbers though. I do a lot of ring work, farmer carries and sled work to supplement my grappling and Muay Thai training
I have the same Slayer flag up in my garage gym lol.
Roids have become widespread in Poland and my gym is no exception, sometimes the guys swap pill packs in plain sight. Most are so swole they can't scratch their own backs.
I go training early in the morning, before work, so it's always the same regulars minus a couple new guys/gals from time to time.
I'm quite amazed at the number who are obv users. Out of the 10-12 regulars, I'd say about two third are on something.
But I'd only ask one or two of them for advice, because most of them have huge zits across their upper backs, and a couple should go see a doctor because I don't think it's a good sign when your face is consistently red as if you just ran a marathon. And I don't think any of them compete, at least based on their physique (none of them would have anything to do on a stage).
From what I can tell, all the guys who work the counter are on something. Seems like it's a prerequisite to getting the job.
Ι can barely scratch my own back and I am not swole at all.
So your ohp isn't 300?
I couldn't tell you numbers but I have a 17 year old child in my house and he is quite open about how ridiculously easy it is to obtain such drugs, and how widespread it is within his peer group.
Ha...not even close. My shoulders hurt so badly I'm lucky to do 135.
It's really common in smaller gyms. As I was growing up. A gym opened up near our school so approximately ~60-70% of guys were on juce.
I live in eastern europe country, btw.
So when people starts to defend fighters like Fedor or other russians fighters - it instantly puts a smile on my face. Like, everybody on steroids!
It's less likely to meet a steroid user in more public gyms.
