How come Nate Orton never got signed to the UFC?

He is a pretty badass kickboxer/wrestler type fighter who comes to fight. Also, if you must know, his older brother competes in the WWE. But that's the point, the point is, he is a badass fighter that never got signed despite having a claim to fame in a super star older brother. ( Although that's beside the point)

How do you even know anything about this guy? Other then him being Randy Orton's brother I cant even find a record. What has he had 4 amateur fights?
