how can ufc 227 be salvaged?

so far ufc 227 is like a mediocre free UFN card. pretty annoying given the UFC doesn't come to LA often. with room for 1-2 more fights, how can this be saved?

I'm hearing rumors of: Gustafson vs Rockhold, that would help. any other rumors or ideas?

After two top-notch cards in a row (225 and 226), you can't expect a 3rd great card for 227. That would be asking a bit much from the UFC.

I'm fine with that for a PPV. Adding DJ/Cejudo 2 could help the PPV a bit. I'd prefer saving Gus/Rockhold for UFC 228 since that will probably be weak as hell.
