How can I complement my bjj with strength training?

I used to do crossfit. I stopped it, and started doing bjj. I got fat and lost muscle mass. Is there a realistic strength training routine to add to my bjj to increase mass and lose fat. Like 20 minutes of weights after a bjj sessions, or 2 weights day a week and 3 of bjj?
