Does anyone find it useful for training. Any suggestions on brand, quantity, ways to use, etc.?
What? It's a source of carbohydrate. Nothing magical about it.
Yeah its basically just sugar. I prefer it to sugar. I like it with almond or pure peanut butter on dark rye.
If you want to spend out the asshole you can get Manuka honey which might have some extra antimicrobial properties. If it aint pricey, it is fake though
