The first is from the Benson Strategy Group (think tank of Obama and Hilary).

The breakdown is that they say that they know Hillary is getting blown out of the water and despite the MSM trying to cover up for her, rigging polls and planting hoax scandals on Trump, it is not working. They lay out a few options such as starting war with Russia, race riots, an unnatural disaster prompted by HAARP and drastically increasing the influx of Sharia Muslims. The doozie is that they suggest the best and most harmless way of avoiding a Trump presidency would be to hoax an alien invasion.

Then Steve sent out a White House executive order sent to him from his friend at the FBI, which creepily lends some credibility to The Benson Strategy Group's proposal.
