Help with cutting weight.

Hey guys I need help. It's 4:41 PM right now and after not eating the whole day I weigh 133.8. I have a dual meet for wrestling on Wednesday which is in two days. The only way I can make the varsity lineup is if i can cut to 125 scratchweight by then. Anyone have an advice they can give me?
 
Drink wheatgrass juice. It works for me. I hope it will for you too. I have 2 galsses of wheatgrass a day. one before breakfast and one before bedtime. it gives you a full feeling so it hinders you to crave for more food. Plus, it speeds up metabolism. It's really good in losing weight.
