I just got done watching this hidden gem on netflix...I thought it was just as good as the Raid movies. I swear Iko Uwais has probably surpassed Jet Li now...his movies are incredible! I just hope to one day see him in a movie with Daniel Wu (Into the Badlands), and Tony Jaa...You guys should definitely go check this one out!

There's a loaded Martial Arts/Action movie coming out later this year called "Triple Threat" with Iko, Tony Jaa, Scott Adkins, Michael Jai White, among others... and the director of John Wick is supposedly doing the action design, so it's going to be fucking epic.

Iko Uwais is movin on up in his career I see...he's also got a movie with Mark Wahlberg coming up.
 
Came across this today. Another solid martial arts movie from him
 
that opening prison break was brutal. that doctor was also pretty looked like olivia munn.

I'm 22 minutes into the film and home girl with the purple bandana just used a body as a shield from a guy shooting an uzi like 4 ft away that wasn't even the most violent thing in that sequence.
 
47 mins in someone just got shot 30 times at point blank range

Man I really wish Iko could get his english up. He's got the moves and actually seems like he can act as well.

that is actually pretty weird. in countries like Croatia,czech republic,Mexico and Colombia the women are hot because they also have handsome guys to breed with. iko uwais makes tony jaa look like a male model.
 
iko impaling a guy with his own machete was cool 90% of the films budget was for blood.
 
the doctor was dumb for not stabbing the guy in his jugular vein

Yea I dont know if it's just because he's speaking in his own language but he definitely seems to be way better than Jet Li or Jackie Chan in the acting department. Come to think of it he does have some english lines in this movie which was cool to see.
