Hello,

I started 5/3/1 Beyond 1.1 with the goals to increase strength and having fun.

Day1:
Bench press: 80kg 1x3+5 reps
Pullups between sets : total 50 reps
Squats: 65kg 5x5
Abs: 3 sets
Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets

Day2:
Deadlift: 85kg 1x3+3 reps
Press: 35kg 5x5
Incline DB DP supersetted with BB rows: 3 sets
Hyperextensions: 3 sets
Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets
Barbell Curls: 3 sets
100 reps face pulls
