I think that Cyborg guy tried it on Nick Diaz (or was it the other way around?). Resulted in a takedown hahahaha sloppy af

Touche. All I remember about that fight is Fox censoring the whole picture of Diaz taunting Ben off of his back with a ghostly view of the arena. Shit was creepy.

But yeah nate got handled. Benson was an excellent champion

It's not really a low kick as such. It's primarily used as a counter to a mid/high kick and attacks and, if done successfully, sweeps the standing leg. If the your opponent doesn't actually throw a kick it's pretty ineffective other than catching them in the crown jewels.
