Has a fight ever been cancelled due to flue?

I've personally taken care of people in hospital with the flu. I've seen people come in not breathing well and by morning I'm talking to their family about losing their loved one.
36,000 people a year die of the flu. I missed my flu shot only once in 24 years (due to national shortage). It is a simple preventable cause of death.
