• switches plates from car to car
• falls ASLEEP in his car ( pilled out )
• brags about doing tarot cards for hookers in his apartment
• has 3 baby squirrels he takes care of in a giant cage
• once got arrested trying to pay for his restaraunt bill with fake money - and claimed to be a DEA agent ( later got tased )
• says jesus is coming back
• and SO are the dinosaurs
• has ringing in his ears that he attributes to angels talking to him
• brags about giving cops a hard time and says they have to " work for their money "

Cops and Landlord are in the process of evicting him.
