It's because there are almost no neonazis. I mean, there are white right wingers but they are usually "militia", "christian fundamentalists", "sovereign citizens". This neonazi stuff is only in movies and in the internet, although I suspect most of these internet "neonazis" are shills that really want some insane person to do something stupid so the media can get all over it.

National Socialism doesn't have the same idea of violence as Islam, the strategy since the 20s has been to win power through legal means before going on a rampage. Killing a few people here and there with bombs accomplishes nothing.
Islamists since Qutb on the other hand believe that these small scale attacks are useful to radicalize the population and that democracy, even using it as a front to install a theocracy, is a sin.

Also nazis are not insane, they may be evil, but they don't believe that blowing themselves up will get them into nazi heaven.
