If it can be cycled then that improves the lifestyle entirely.
If by cycles you mean doing 5 days out of 7 yes... it is really good.
I'm trying for a 24 hr fast and am feeling really restless like I want to eat something.
Pretty sure that cutting out sugar and flour is the most important part of your diet.
