Probably the best base for MMA, but why are so few fighters making use of it?

It's also the one trait you think would be useful for a post-MMA career. But you never hear about fighters utilising it after they're done in the octagon.

Why've I never heard a conversation remotely similar to this?

Person X: "Big Nog came around and loosened it for me......."
Person X at a later date: "Little Nog came around and tightened it for me, it was too loose, but through no fault of Big Nog's, I directed him incorrectly"
Person X providing context for unknown reasons: "I paid in cash, they both did a marvellous job. My name is Paul".

Why wasn't a Gracie cast to play Lenny in Of Mice and Men? Any one of them would have been perfect for the scene where he crushes the cat/dog/rabbit, whatever it was.

Has anyone ever seen an advert in Hawaii regarding BJ selling handjobs? The irony of the marketing would be interesting and everyone knows his credentials.

And one for the future, will the vice still exist when Diego Sanchez retires from MMA? His belief in himself tells me no. The fact no MMA fighters are utilising their grip strength tells me yes.

Anyone have any answers on this one? Just a bit of an annoyance for me and I presume some of you guys too.

Regards,

Where is the fucking "CONFUSING POST OF THE DAY" banner i continue to ask for?

This man deserves it.

TS, I'm not a cheeky guy but I must ask, what the fuck is this?

As the greatest poster on this miserable site, I GUERNICA think I can read between the lines and help some of our less enlightened sherbros.

Grip strength is a very overlooked part of mma. As a Bjj practitioner myself I can tell you that much of my success on the may came after I trained my grip like another muscle in the body. Take for instance the Dariush fight yesterday. The choke wasn't completely sunk in but Mike had a thing grip and was able to finish.

Grip strength is very important but is had to be complimented with skill and athletism.

Congrats ts. GUERNICA just put you on the map by posting in your thread. Well done. You deserve it.

How are those self-affirmations working for you? Get laid yet?

@NightwingBJJ completed my Grip Strength coaching class and I'm happy to say, he's passing the material down to future generations.

Wouldn't you say @Ash Ketchum ?

Fascinated if not a bit confused. There is some sort of internal, convoluted stream of logic here. The part I'm confused about is why his name being Paul is significant and what exactly was the job the Nog brothers were paid to do?

It said it WASN'T significant so I'm assuming that we really only know that it is NOT Paul Harris.

@Air Lats has been described as Michael Jordanesque in his gripping skills, Joe.

I coach @Ash Ketchum on how to improve his grip strength every night.

I get what you guys are saying, I really do, I had my first sexual experience with one of those pens you turn for the woman's top to come off.

I shoved it straight up my bum.
