Do we have one in this forum? We do now. With prices dropping like mad there seems to be deals everywhere. Even when they aren't dropping it's nice to know about great deals. This one from CDNN makes my head explode. $999.99 for this. If I wasn't building two AR's (including a Black Rain receiver set) I'd be buying at least one of these. It's crazy. This is normally an outstanding price on a Colt 6920. I think I saw Pmags for 8 bux and some change somewhere too.

Has anybody seen any good black friday deals yet? I'm looking into getting a gun safe on black friday, but the only ones I see nearby are at Dicks Sporting Goods and Tractor Supply. Are there any websites that sell them at a fair price without killing you in shipping charges?

This site destroys almost everyone else on price, excellent service too. Note that the regular price on the Colt is cheaper than CDNN's sale price after you factor in shipping and transfer. Plus they don't try to sell factory seconds as new and beat-to-shit police trade ins as "excellent" the way CDNN does.

Maybe you're better off shopping some big box retailer like Lowe's? Selection may not be great but I wouldn't be surprised to find a deal.

Just to clarify, the BRO "Special Editions" are cobbled together from blem/second parts, distributors have been trying to offload them for a few months now. Hell even a normal BRO is an inferior specimen in my opinion, on par with CORE and DPMS.

Wal-mart generally has great prices online, shipping sucks, but ship-to-store is free.

Just picked up the MOE LE6920 on Gunbroker. They've been going for mid-800s new since early Summer. This auction has been putting up a new rifle each day since July, and I've never seen one go for over $880.

    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=437028938

I saw one go for $830 after a 14 day auction, but had already bid $850 for the one I wound up winning.

30% of Geissele from Primary Arms sounds like quite a deal.

Thanks. That's good information to know. So you'd take a 6920 over the standard BRO? What's inferior about them in your opinion?

^^^^^^^^ Yeah, I'm less psyched on my Tavor trigger pack and trigger now that I know I could have paid 10% less. :(

I also missed out on the $60 Raptor charging handles that are now out of stock. I need a bunch of upper parts so maybe I can turn things around, but damn shit goes quick sometimes.

This seems like a large discount. You can choose between 14.5" or 16" barrel.

What ammo sites do you guys use?

I use http://www.bulkammo.com/ most of the time. I usually search ammo price and this site almost always is cheaper than others.

    Is anybody beating these prices?

    PPU 9mm 1000 rounds $255
    PMC 9mm 1000 rounds $258
    Blazer 9mm 1000 rounds $260
    Fiocchi 9mm 1000 rounds $270

    Sellier & Bellot .40 S&W 1000 rounds $299
    PMC .40 S&W 1000 rounds $325 for 180gr $335 for 165gr

    PMC .45 1000 rounds $365

    PPU .223 1000 rounds $340
    PMC .223 1000 rounds $344
    American Eagle .223 55gr fmjbt sold in 500 rounds for $172, 2 for $344

    PPU 5.56 55gr 1000 rounds $354
    PMC X-TAC 5.56 55gr 1000 rounds $355
    PMC X-TAC 5.56 62gr 1000 rounds $359

Those are pretty rock bottom prices.

I keep a spreadsheet of the lowest prices I find and update it periodically.

    My low prices/round this year:
    9mm $0.30
    .40 $0.34
    .45 $0.27 (this is old)
    .223 $0.32

The .223 was a special at Academy

found federal champion 9mm for $22 per 100 and 45 acp for $38 per 100 @ Dicks this past weekend. Bought 2 25 round boxes of Hornady custom hollow points for $14 a box also.....they even had 50 round boxes of American eagle 22lr for 2.49 .

I've been following prices on the online gun trader , I enjoy watching all of the soulless/dickless mother fuckers that have been systematically hoarding and then price gouging for the past year or so scramble to keep up with the bottom falling out! These are guys that post listings like " I was digging in the gun closet and found some 22lr I don't need , I've got 10 bricks of cci maximags that I can let go for $95 a piece!" next week it'll be 9mm and so on. Be great if they each get stuck with 20,000 rounds of 22 shorts that they overpaid for......hopefully on credit.

Yeah, I don't know how it can get much lower. Unless the Gen 2's have been deemed undesirable this seems like a great deal.

Since I live in NYC, one of my only home defense weapons is a hockey stick. Today I went to buy a new one. The cashier somehow made a big mistake and only charged me $5 on my master card LOLZ.

Inside I'd take a nice aluminum baseball bat over a hockey stick man......seems like a bat is better suited for close work (not as well suited as a 357 magnum mind you) , but better than a hockey stick
