Khabib is good, but he needs more title defenses to even consider him GOAT. There are other LW Champs I'd put ahead of him at the moment.

LW is the division with the weakest claims for GOAT, so it won't take much honestly, and he already has a claim, albeit maybe not quite the best claim.
I'm a huge Penn fan, and I think he still has the best claim, but he spent so much time fighting above LW that he doesn't have a massive body of work to support his claim at LW. If he didn't move up so much he might be the undisputed GOAT, but he did.
