I’m gonna have to say no to the first one. But ya, a 5 Rep max works. As long as all 5 reps meet parallel, I don’t see why not.

I'll have to test my squats this week and see how my knee feels, otherwise I might just be doing the OHP portion of the competition.

I just hit 280lbs for a double on the press yesterday. I’m thinking I’ll be at my goal around the time the competition starts. Move my press weight to 320lbs pls.
How aboutI searched an old competition thread, and used the same template/more than half the same post. I’ll clean it up if you have any suggestions?

Squat 1rm: 135lbs Goal:600lbs
Body weight: 330lbs
