Glory vs. Enfusion

current K-1 is still better than Enfusion
quite possible i have not been able to see new k1, i followed the old one from 1995 ish or so. so will not argue something i know nothing about nor can i see, as i would love my tv to cover k1

The fights are up on YouTube usually within a day of the event, then in HD on the official site within a month. No subscription service like Enfusion. Very accessible.

And just to further kill this silly Enfusion on par/better than Glory thing Enfusion is trying to weave.

Kunlun's 2015 HW champ schooled the previous Enfusion HW champ.

Kunlun's Kyshenko beat Enfusion 80kg champ.

Kunlun's 70kg Wu Xuesong murdered Tayfun Ozcan and beat Kanters too.

I don't even know how up to date Enfusion's champions page is but their 75kg champ lost in Kunlun to a Chinese fighter too.

Enfusion out.

Kunlun's Kyshenko whooped Glory's Champion Nieky Holzkens ass
Tayfun Ozcan Enfusion Max Champion schooled Glory's Davit Kiria
Lazaar lost against Wilnis but F up Thomas v Neste who won against Errol Zimmerman

So whats your point? Fighters win and learn. Rico Verhoeven glory's heavyweight champ lost against that Russian guy Andrei Gerasimuk in Kunlun so how up to date is Glory's champions page? If you ask me as an objectively general fightfan (MMA-BOXING-MUAY THAI - KICKBOXING) I love it all - Glory is the biggest kickbox organisation worldwide but in Europe and more specific Holland and Belgium Enfusion is the BIG BOSS its their territory and they are number one over there. When we zoom in in to the fighters of Glory and Enfusion we can agree that glory's heavyweight division is better then Enfusions but then again I love to see Ilias Bulaid and Mohamed Didouh and I'm convinced that they can F up that division in Glory - And then again the guys in the Enfusion League Jaraya - BenMoh - Tayfun Ozcan they are at the same level as Robin v Roosmalen - Davit Kiria - Marat Grigorian etc. It is a fact that glory has more money to spend since they sold their soul to UFC fightpas etc But that doesn't make them the best. Enfusion is smaller but they have a better sustainable business model - glory's revenue is still coming short every year. But I love to see the fighters of both company's. So to all the GLORY groupies over here stay objectively - we need them both.

Ilias Bulaid is the only top guy out of the ones you mentioned. Jayaya, Ben Moh, Tayfun Ozcan haven't proved themselves yet.

Glory has a bigger variety of fighters too, not only dutch style punch combo + low kick

Even when glory was at their worst and was nothing but a promotional vehicle for former golden glory fighters it was still above enfusion. Hell even glory's second tier of guys during that time like josh jauncy (who i do not like what so ever and consider him massively overrated) is still better than enfusion "stars" like ozcan

I'd say about the same level

Going back how many years with the 1st one? Has little relevance to where they are currently.

Ozcan didn't school Kiria. Won a near decision and good for him (no sarcasm here either, was a good win). Got killed by Xuesong later same evening.

Zimmerman was post injury version of him. It's like people have no sense of perspective on anything.

Yeah well you've basically written here some of what I say of Enfusion so we're on the same page I guess. And just last event I sorta laughed at the Verhoeven-Gerasimchuk hypocrisy by Glory. I like Bulaid too and probably tried posting most out of anyone anywhere about the significance of the China event he fought at. Where btw he lost, but who's counting, and no it wasn't a robbery either like the Dutch/Moroccan facebook seemed to all think.

Having more money in a business where you need money to consistently get to the best fighters kinda sorta does matter, quite a lot too.

Again, Enfusion is fine, they're just not better than Glory so just stop with that silly trying-to-rub-some-of-Glory's-fame-onto-us-by-making-people-think-we're-somehow-on-the-same-level -BS. And again just to make sure, it's fine to not be Glory level and still be an entertaining product.

Welcome to kakutougi where we just had a mini rank the euro promotions thread the other day. My #1 criticism of Enfusion btw was the fucking shitty wanting to control everything attitude which their employees/"we're totally not with Enfusion" -people here are sorta showcasing.

Seriously. This is the only person I want telling me about Enfusion:

Thanks… Enfusion has 3 more shows left during 2016, really exciting line ups, including Round 2 of the Enfusion league 72.5kg and pre rounds for Enfusion League -67Kg which will begin next year. I am really looking forward to 2017, Enfusion has so much to bring to the fans, and I am personally looking forward to promoting my first Enfusion Live show in Abu Dhabi.

I just saw Enfusion and totally impress with their fights and fighters, the atmosphere remind me of It's Showing which is good. And they focused on European Kickboxing Scene which is great IMO.

While Glory, they have the big be fighters and yet something is lacking.

They focused so much on American Market (Most Americans lack passiin on Kickboxing),

Even try to bring American Kickboxers.

I believe Europe beside Japan,Thailand,Australia and New Zealand are the place to promote Kickboxing and not in America.

Guess what?! The same guy that made It's Showtime is also the very same man behind Enfusion!:D His name is Edwin Van Os.

Nowadays, it is fair to say that Enfusion have the greater volume of talent but it would be good to see the likes of Tayfun Ozcan fighting in GLORY but he's already turned them down once so, they really cold do with readdressing that and others, tbh.

i dont think jauncey is a good example. i have a feeling even a smaller guy like jarajay would give him huge problems.

i thought simon rutz ran it's showtime? i know edwin van os had a gym with alot of fighters that competed there, but didt know van os ran it's showtime? simon rutz was ceo or am i mistaken?

HAHAHA Enfusion is a local eastern european promotion that does low budget low talent shows, in small casinos, sell tables, for a max crowd of 1000 people. All for free. Edwin van Os the owner formerly partner with Black Label fighting and Its Showtime, Simon Rutz and Ray Daalder used to be the main partners in Showtime. Enfusion is currently trying to do a deal in China to get Kunlun to pay him to run a Kunlun show somewhere in Europe and to try and get some help to sign some decent fighters. Edwin is actually nice guy. But good luck Enfusion. Probably he has some guys wriitng on here now to try and impress Kunlun =-)

GLORY is 4 years old. Who says they are not making money? UFC is hoping to get $450 million for one year of global TV rights according to today's news. GLORY has ratings in the US of not a small proportion of that... maybe they are getting strong TV deals around the world by now, probably so. We all know Glory coming up in Germany has sold out 12,000 people, is on TV all over the world, and has a global PPV with the UFC as a partner going on. Sounds like pretty huge stuff to me. GLORY is the global league world no1 for stand up combat, that is simple. Every fighter knows it.

I think Badr KOs RICO in round 1. or maybe 2. or maybe even 3. And the card for the rest of the night? the best of the best in the sport in the world, top to bottom.

in any case, its great that there are multiple kickboxing promotions around, it helps promote the sport.
