Duut has accomplished way more than the Stoica's and is the P4P GOAT of Kickboxing. These are facts.
Not much, much more. And this was because he had Hemmers behind and was cheaper to fight in Glory. In terms of notoriety, Andrei was earning 30k euros per fight in Superkombat and partidicipated to some TV shows, Duut 5k up to 10k in Glory (but now 5k).
You are really funny, because let"s compare Duut with the Stoicas.
Duut beat Munoz and McKinnon (this was his best win), and Ilunga. But a different Ilunga than the highest ranked that met Andrei. At that time, he was coming from It"s Showtime like undefeated and was also dominating in Glory right after Spong.
Andrei beat Cenik (beat Groenhart by KO), Hutnik (undefeated for 5 years, certainly not poorer than Munoz and worst Ilunga ever; at that time Hutnik was really dangerous), Sikking (top 10 LHW that knocked Duut out), Cairo (top 10 LHW) and Hameur-Lain (top 10 LHW but on CombatPress), if you think Aksoy, Milanovic, Baute and Coulibaly wins were not enough.
So what did Duut so special? If Andrei would have this change of fighting more in Glory, he would have done more. He is more technical, has better defense and even aggressivity. Ok, Duut has more punching power but no speed.
Everybody in Europe knows Stoica is more talented than Duut. And more known.
Cor Hemmers, make it happen! They are in the same division. Both were top 10 in the LHW rankings. We can all agree Duut took on more major fights, better opponents, but did nothing special.
Bogdan Stoica on the other hand, had a better resume in my opinion than of Andrei. Beat Sikking, Kwasi and Hameur-Lain (both top 3). Destroyed Boy Boy Martin, a very avoided name in the Netherlands, Assi and Stanic at their peak, plus Zeyada. An older Zeyada but really tough name not like "van den Bos" of Duut.
