I'm taking it upon myself to create a Glory 45 thread here in the kickboxing forum since I'm their biggest cheerleader. Will update with betting lines when the major sportsbooks release them plus weigh-ins and promotional videos.
How do you think Serhiy will pull off the upset? Adamchuk is often in such close and competitive fights in Glory and he rarely seems to win in any kind of dominant fashion including eking out recent decisions by split or majority decision on the scorecards. In this case he has to upset the champion who is Dutch in Holland and who also has a propensity to get the benefit of the doubt from the judges. I suspect there will be five judges again in Amsterdam as they have done on their recent European shows which may or may not also favor Robin. They still used three judges in the recent U.S. shows however.Rootin for Robin, but I think Adamchuk will take it.
His training footage got more attention on fb than any other fighter in this card i believe, so still has some hype value i guess, but yeah he always fails to deliver in the ringYodkhunpon in Glory, is just Cor Hemmers being to lazy to scout for good thais. I'm 100% they will still push the "He's so exciting" angle, when his fights in Glory all have been horrible.
Yodkhunpons not the best but hes not that bad. I think Glory signed him because of his style and he does have success now and then. Why is yodkhunpon even in Glory? Hes not a good fighter and seems like hes just brought in to be the thai fighter who gets beat up like bovy.
I agree it doesn't seem fair to make Petpanomrung come up that heavy but I don't think his opponent is anyone special. And speaking of Petch why tf are Glory making him fight at 68kg in glory 46 China?

I actually hoped they would push for some Thailand event, with the Pinto following they got in Thailand, but instead we got a China event with 3 Catchweight bouts and Silva vs. Rico. nice.
Risky marketing decision don't you think?
Has Kickboxing ever been popular in Thailand? I mean has there been any promotions running events there?
